I had a small DQ cone twice this summer. I made sure I had the numbers in my goals first.
 Now I want one.0 -
Ice cream is my guilty pleasure. I pretty much have to have ice cream at least once a day in some form. Found 90 calorie Snickers ice cream bars. They're super small, but they fill the empty spot in my stomach Also, Skinny Cow ice creams are AMAZING.0

Go get yourself an icecream, heck I eat one EVERY day, and if you are smart about it that is perfectly fine. I recommend blue bunny ice cream sandwiches, which only have 100 calories and 2gs of fat. Now that is LIVING!!! Enjoy your icecream my friend.0

Skinny Cow ARE amazing... and only 150 calories. Eat the strawberry shortcake if you go that route, as they are simply great.0 -
You know, this question is very similar to a recent thread I posted about morning licking of the tip tops
I've gone Greek lately so no longer morning lick.0 -

mmm, gonna check them out0 -
If I just HAVE to have ice cream I get a small Skinny Cow ice cream cup... my fave is Cookies n Cream. I only buy one-two a month and sometimes I will eat it and sometimes it will sit in the freezer for a month. It is okay to have a little indulgence on occasion, as long as you watch the calories and portion size0

I eat ice cream all of the time!!
If you're near a Trader Joe's, they have these mini Hold-the-Cone chocolate ice cream cones that are FREAKING AMAZING and only 70cals each!
I also eat the Edy's/Dreyer's Slow Churned Individual ice cream cups. They have tons of yummy flavors, all for between 160-190cals (depending on flavor).0 -

a couple of years ago, i thought melted ice cream was a good idea for a chaser- after i threw up for what felt like hours, my ice cream cravings have pretty much stopped0

And you know, Toby, just like Greek yogurt, I have the same issue with debating over which ice cream to choose from! I always struggle between licking off the bigger cone or the smaller size cone. It’s a hard for me to choose because I know you can get extra sweetness and creaminess from the bigger size and make the pleasure of licking every delectable drop and make it last longer.
But the smaller size can’t be ruled out completely because it can be quite potent and still pack a good punch and give you a gallon of protein – a great bang for the buck! YUM!!0 -

I'm not overly sure what this means, but it sounds kind of dirty, and I like that. :-)0 -
