There are few RDs here, if any, who are going to offer their services for free. This is in part due to financial reasons, but there are probably also professional codes that regulate how they offer their services online. That said, if you want to open your diary for comments from your fellow forum users -- many of whom are quite well read and enthusiastic about helping others meeting their nutritional needs and love to offer advice, you can let us know and you may get some helpful advice.7
