iphone app & website not syncing data (just started using MFP)

Hi all,
I'm Sarah :-)
I've just started using the MFP app (iphone) and website (laptop) on seperate devices, and it doesn't seem to be syncing across the two. Is this fixable, or do I need to log my entries into one only?

Apart from that, MFP so far has been amazing and I'm glad I found it. I'll search the discussions for starting out tips too but feel free to share any wise words with me here too :smile:

    OK I did find a sync button at the bottom of a list in the app - surely there is a way for this to happen automatically?

    If it’s like mine it does happen automatically but not very often. It’s annoying.
