Hi everyone. Back on keto which is the only way I can keep sugars low... Dr's have agreed it works for me. Anyone else in same situation x

It sounds like you have done this before with success. What made you stop?
I’m prediabetic. I tried a high protein/ high fat/ low carb diet for a short time and found that I didn’t have energy. I’ve kept my numbers in the acceptable range for 16 years eating a balanced macro diet.

No trying it for the first time. Seems like it gives great success for weight loss & not too bad with savory dishes0
