Hi Everyone, I have been working out and following my recommendations on eating right. So far I've lost 3 inches around my waist and have slimmed generally around my arms and bust. This has been great since my weight gain was a huge insecurity for me.
Now I have a new insecurity, my stretch marks and sagging in my chest. Im feeling generally healthier but I feel so embarrassed of this! Has anyone else had this issue? Any recommendations?

I've heard that strength training your chest will help to increase the muscle behind your chest to give a fuller look. These exercises include pushups, bench press, chest fly's, and incline/decline pushups. You can specifically target upper chest with incline chest press. I hope this helps as i am working on this too after having a baby.2

Oh, honey. Let me tell you, 90+ pounds down and nekkid me sags and stretches every which way.
Clothed me is looking pretty good. What people don’t know, doesn’t hurt me.
Your body is going to go through many permutations. Sags here, creases there, maybe fine wrinkles all over. I am not lying when I say that one morning I woke up, and my butt had deflated and fallen several inches. (That time was right before an astonishing “whoosh”. )
However, our bodies are marvelous, mysterious, miraculous things and much of this will eventually take care of itself.
I’m still in the waiting period myself to see what will ultimately be my new and final shape.
Your best bet is to live with it, clothe it properly to disguise flaws, lotion it up if you feel like that’ll help, and see where it all pans out. Some people ultimately resort to surgery.
Me, I’m in the “it’s better than it was before!” School Of Thought.
That’s why the good lord invented Lycra and Spandex, and I’m good with that.4
