About the activity level..

Hi, so I just joined this app and when creating my account they asked my what is my activity level throught out the day and I am having a problem answering it... So basically I work on my pc the whole day but I have an intense 2 hour workout everyday so what should I answer that question with?

    Don't count the workout - MFP is designed for you to choose an activity level based on your lifestyle BEFORE intentional exercise. You then log your workouts and get to eat back the calories burnt from those.

    It sounds like you're sedentary, so I would choose that activity level.

    Based on your job and overall activity for the day, go with sedentary. Weigh and measure your foods, log your food and exercise, eat back some or all of your exercise calories.
