Pure vitamin D from the sun. Spend 10 minutes a day in the sun. Try to get 8 hours sleep a night.

Besides getting a good night of sleep, do you take any vitamins? I take the women's raw one as a general supplement and can tell when I don't take it. Also, do you take B12- that is great for energy.

Google chronic fatigue syndrome and see what other things sites recommend for supplements. Hope this helps!

Try a alkaline diet. Super green drinks will help you with energy for sure.
  • I take multivitamins and i know its probably bad for me but i abuse No-Doz haha. All my doctor said was to eat healthy, get enough sleep (8 hours is my normal) and excercise. I do all of that and still feel crap. Thats all it says on the internet that i can find too. :)

Yes, Yes, Yes!! Get some B12 and complement it with B6 an awesome combo.

I used to work as a Medical Assistant very busy schedule sometimes long hours and, myself and few other girls used to take a B12 shot once a week.

The injectable or the sublingual (under the tongue) is best but, the tablets will do plus, B12 is awesome for stress.

You can get both at Walmart. I just ordered 2 lg bottles of B6 from EBay for like $7.99 and will be getting the injectable as well.
