Oh and I love Rumour Has It by Adele for a cool down song!

    I have such a variety its hard to pin just 5 lol Mainly i have rock it really pumps and at times i want to quit it keeps me going ;-)
  • I have a few different lists that I use, and I generally listen to a few songs, then switch over to an audio book.

    My workout list that is more representative of music I always like to listen to is pretty heavy. Probably my top 5 from that list are:
    Your Number is One - Rollins Band
    Suicide Messiah - Black Label Society
    Mother - Danzig
    Prison Sex - Tool
    Babalon A.D. (So Glad for the Madness) - Cradle of Filth

    My "walking warm-up" list is made up of songs I would probably not listen to otherwise but I love the beats, they set me up at a good pace!
