My fitness journey is like a roller coaster ride. I am looking for an Indian accountability partner so that dietary and fitness habits will be similar.
As part of this group, we can post what we eat today as well as the workout we did today to motivate others in the group

Hello everyone,
I am 32 , female, 4’10, 60 kg
Target weight - 50kg
Exercise- light cycling for 40 mins, no hills and slopes
My breakfast - cornflakes with milk , fruits and dry fruits
Snack- coffee with milk and no sugar , 1 Khakra,
Lunch- beet root roti, mashed potato, dal tadka with bottle gourd, cheese mushroom
Snack- buttermilk
Dinner- paneer roll with beetroot roti as base0 -

Its only morning......
I started with a 5 mile hill walk on the treadmill.
Breakfast - i made an aloo parantha with dahi.
Lunch - ill be cooking paneer with peas and sweetcorn.
I think im going to try Intermitant Fasting.
Beetroot roti! Wow that sounds cool.0 -
