Turning 40 in 20 weeks... December baby.
Need to loose 90lbs in general. No target date in mind.
Really want to see some progress by my 40th but under no illusions of loosing 90lbs that quickly (not healthy eaither).
Recently moved states.
Working 2 x per diem jobs.(45 min commute and 1hr 15 min commute each way).
Hubby resumes travel for work in Sept.
I find it difficult to maintain a regular workout schedule due to such variation in my work schedule.

I am 40, and have been doing intermittent fasting for 5 months. It's great, easy for me, & it works! I've lost 40 lbs. Look into it. Follow r/intermittentfasting on Reddit. You'll be in for a surprise as there is hourly evidence.0
