Switching from a wrap to a bowl- calories?

Anyone know how much (if any) calories are reduced by choosing a bowl at World Wrapps instead of a wrap? I'm trying to figure out how many calories their teriyaki tofu bowl is. Do you think it's the same as the small teriyaki tofu wrap?
And before someone says it, I did google it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if their small wraps are about equal in size to what is in a bowl.
