We hope you'll consider FAT 2 FIT, a weight loss challenge and support group. A community. A wonderful group of warm, fun, and strong people to help make your journey possible. Come for August and stay on for the long haul. This group is here to support you all the way to your goal and beyond!
AUGUST 2020 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN
The AUGUST Challenge will run for four weeks from AUGUST 2nd - AUGUST 29th, 2020
because we always start on a Sunday and end on a Saturday no matter what!
REGISTRATIONS:
Sunday July 25th - Sunday August 2nd
WHAT WE DO:
The group is divided into six teams. Each team is made up of +/- 25 members, including Captains and Motivators. We conduct challenges throughout the month to help inspire and maintain motivation. We weigh in and report weekly to gauge our success. Your team is your community support group - active participation is strongly encouraged!
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FIRST:

Check out the teams. Look at the challenges. Decide if you will commit to use this as your primary weight loss support and motivation team. Will you participate fully - stick with it, actively posting in your team, learning and helping - for the full month? Hopefully you'll like it so much you will stay for many more months! If it looks like you'd fit in, then SIGN UP!
HOW TO SIGN UP:

Great group to offer motivation and support on this weight loss journey. I have lost 64 pounds since starting with this group. I highly recommend you give them a try.2

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing group. They have it all: accountability, support, challenges and fun! I have lost 20 lbs with the group and am just 10 lb away from goal!0

and checked out the teams (under Discussions - scroll down!) and the general info and full group challenges, etc. (mostly under Announcements). This will give you a good idea of what you are getting into
But right now, here are your team assignments! The link I am giving you is to the July team chat, which will then transfer to the August threads on Sunday. Don't be shy - jump right in and introduce yourselves, see how things work, ask whatever questions you want - and your teammates and captains will get you all settled in. Good luck!

@QueenZeeIsm you are assigned to the Trimstones. They will welcome you to your new MFP "home"! If you can, please weigh in using pounds - we have members from all over the world and get stones, pounds, kgs - but for simplicity we use pounds in the spreadsheets and it makes it easier for the captains if we're all in the same units.
