Current Goal Losing 65 Pounds

Hey y'all I'm currently working on losing 65 pounds and so far I'm already down 12 pounds. I've had another goal I've always wanted to accomplish and that was to give up soda and I'm proud to say that I have not had a soda in 20 days and have totally switched to bottled water and sugar free drink mixes for bottled water. I can say that was a huge goal for me I was drinking 6-8 cans a day of soda so yes I feel much better since stopping the soda. I'm very motivated and determined to finish my goal I know I can do this just need to stay focused like I have.

You can do it! Work on being on a calorie deficit. That is the ONLY way to lose weight. A 500kcal daily deficit will make you lose 1 pound of fat in a week. That is the right way to lose the flab. You have to learn to count calories. Any1 that tells you otherwise is BSing you.0
