My name is Erica and I have been trying to exercise but I always start off great and then in a few days it all starts going downhill. Iā€™m looking for people that I can count on to motivate each other. Thank you šŸ™‚

    Start walking every day! 10k steps every single day! That would be a great start. I do that + a 1.5 hour lifting session almost daily. Here to help, get the booty moving!
