Poor arm size?😢

Hello everyone!
I’m a 5’11 male who weighs 145 lbs!
I’m currently working out 4 days a week, upper body and lower body. I’m happy with my growth except my biceps which are just 12.5 inches. I’m an athlete so I’m not aiming for massive arm size but the goal is 13.5 inches. Do you guys think I should work 5 days a week with one day just focused on biceps?

You can do splits and probably best growth is if u do each muscle grp 2 times a week.0
