    @MadisonMolly That was a very impressive day of exercise! I used to love long bike rides when we lived near a 34 mile trail that went along a river. Where we are here, we can either bike super casually ( slow) or bike on trails with hair pin turns on hills or blind turns. Had a couple of close calls and choose not to here. It’s a shame because I LOVE biking! Now it’s just on my spin bike.

  • Hi, my name is Amanda. I live in Toronto.
    this quarantine is kicking my butt I’ve put on 10 pounds in five months. I’m currently 174 pounds and looking to get down to 125.
    I’m a notorious night eater, so I’m committed to not eating between 6pm - 6am.
    Is there anyone here that I can lean on to be my accountability buddy??

    My goal is no snacking after 9pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.

    I fixed my bike and it was a good ride today. Next week should be fun - vacation!
