Well, here I am again.
Back in 2011 I was 19s6lbs. With the help of this site 366 days later I got to 12st 6lb. I kept it off for about 5 years, but over the last three I've gotten slack, and life got in the way. I've been putting it off and putting it off, then i weighed myself.
18st 3lbs.
Sigh....
So, here we go again! 9 years older, joints hurting, less muscle mass...time to do it all again.
Remind me it's worth it? Do i have any friends left from before???

It's worth it. Hope you're able to find your old MFP buddies as well as loads of new ones!0

Similar story. Had joined previously and went from 300-185. Now I’m sitting at 220 and want to be back at 185. I had done so well until November 2019. I ended up having two major surgeries back to back and really just let things go. I’m ready to restart!1
