Endorphin Rush (I stockpile this when I find it).0 -
I used to be about the heat but now I've mellowed out. I mostly go for anything mango habanero or just Sriracha.1
-
I just picked up a peach habanero salsa. I love <fruit> habanero sauces.1

Tapatio for heat, Valentina for flavor.1

This is the only sauce I need:

I still love Tabasco and Frank's Hot Sauce. Currently Mongolian Fire Oil goes on everything.3

This stuff is THE BEST. My second after Endorphin Rush.0 -
I like Franks Red Hot and President's Choice Louisiana Hot Sauce best.
I have one at home that I should throw out, its waay too hot for me, made with ghost and Trinidad scorpion peppers. Nope.
I usually just put cayenne pepper on everything, tbh. I like a bit of spice but don't always want the salt and vinegar of hot sauces2 -
Being of Scandinavian heritage, we find ketchup spicy3

Smoky, sweet, ungodly amount of heat, without a super vinegary taste. This ones my go-to.1 -
My mom bought me this taste sampler...expires in November, so I'd better get on it.
You people mentioning mango habanero got me intrigued, and looky! I got some!
...@4legsRbetterthan2, thinking about it, and what to taste hot sauce with, I got a hankering for jube jubes dipped in hot sauce! You feel me?!

Depends on what I'm eating it with, but I'm a huge fan of Cholula (on popcorn is the best) or some Salsa Verde at most times of the day. I can handle heat, but I find that there isn't a lot of Heat out there that I think the flavor is good. Adding heat to add heat just doesn't do it for me. Adding something to enhance the flavor of what I'm eating with the bonus of some heat then I'm all in.0

I’m boring. I like Crystal’s.2

Valentina sauce. It's an import from Mexico so in my stores it's usually with the Mexico section and not on the hot sauce aisle. It has less vinegar flavor from most American brands, a bit of a citrus flavor, and a good heat. It's distinct and that's one reason to at least try it, if not to give it a permanent place on your shelf.1

I clicked on this thread to cast a vote for Valentina, if nobody had mentioned it. It's my go-to!0
