Calorie tracking

Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new to myfitnesspal. I am exercising which gives me extra calories to eat but for example I may have 900 calories left for later on the day but macros will state I am hitting my fat for the day. I already hit the target for the other fat categories, the poly and mono and apparently I hit way over my protein. My protein for the day is 99. Today I already gone over my protein by 600g 😨. So eventhough I have "plenty"of calories for half the day left, I kind of get put off by the macros breakdown that I have gone over on. Do you guys stay within your protein, carb and fat intake? Can anybody please advise what's the best thing to track with this app. I hope I am making sense.
Thank you.

Can I just say that 600gr of protein is HIGHLY unlikely, that's like 4lbs of chicken for example. You've probably used one or several incorrect food entries. (600 calories of pure protein would already be 2400 calories on their own)
Secondly: going over your unsaturated fat intake is normal, since the goal is 0 (there are no official nutritional goals for those). So no need to worry about those.
Going over fat or protein isn't bad either in itself, I consider them to be minimums, rather than maximums (unless they impact how satiated you feel).4 -
I better check my food diary to see why protein was so high. 🙈1

Oh I found it, instead of selecting one individual orang, I accidentally selected 1kg. of oranges which showed I ate 613g grams of protein!. I managed to sort it and it's all come out the red and back in to blue. Thank you 😊1

I think that's a bad entry too because 1kg of oranges doesn't have anywhere near that much protein either. One orange probably has about 2g protein.5
