Hello Everyone,
I am new to the site. Like everyone else I have tried every fad diet under the sun. I have been an avid gym member for years and still my weight has crept up 14lbs over the past few years.I think the problem has been that once Ive lost the weight I start to slip in bad habbits and up the portion sizes. I am a real foodie, not really a big drinker but I really want to master it this time and keep the weight off for good.
Any advice would be appreciated.

add friends, they kick you into gear when you are slipping and praise you when you are doing well.0
