When I found out in March that my cholesterol was dangerously high, my friend recommended My Fitness Pal. I was very stringent with my cholesterol count, and also watching carbs to lose weight, and in 12 weeks I reduced my cholesterol by 67 points! Since March I have also lost 22 pounds. Now I am a member for life, literally.
