Diet doctor- they have a bunch of free low/moderate carb vegetarian recipes on their site or you can pay $9.99 month (with free 1 month trial) for the customizable weekly meal plans. I’m on the free trial right now as I work on lowering the carbs after going vegetarian.

As always, pinterest is best source of recipes/ideas for any kind of diet.

here are a few vegetarian low carb recipes to help get this started

i haven't tried them, but a couple look very tasty to me, particularly the Tandoori Grilled Tofu with Red Peppers & Broccolini and the Spinach & Artichoke-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
I have to say it...vegetables and fruit (plants) are mostly carbs.

Why do you want/need to go low carb vegetarian. I'm not being snarky, I just want to understand the logic behind this difficult decision?

vegetarians eat more than vegetables. eggs, butter, tofu, coconut flour, nuts, cheese - all are vegetarian and fairly low carb. then there's broccoli and other leafy greens. heck, people make keto pizza.
