Hello, there everyone! I am new to MyFitmessPal.com. I'm needing encouragement and support in my weight loss goals. I am willing to encourage and support others in their quest as well.

  • I am New at this too. A day at a time is what I am thinking but for surely need to get some lean meat and greens in the house and plan on going to the ymca tonight or riding my bike..Good luck to you on your day today!
