Anyone else have a case of the “used to’s”?

I have been trying to stop comparing my current progress to my previous abilities. I always find myself saying what I “used to” be able to do instead of celebrating my progress. Anyone relate or have insight into how they stopped that mindset?

Maybe think about it in the way of bad habits you used to do and follow up with how you are currently improving.
For example here’s some of mine...
:) I used to get out of breath climbing a single flight of stairs or walking around the block. Now I can run up and down hills and mountains whenever I want to!
:) I used to sit on the couch and watch tv for hours. Now I go on walks, hikes, bike rides, etc and have had some fantastic adventures!
:) I used to hate shopping for clothes and felt like nothing fit me right. Now I love shopping for cute outfits that flatter the figure I’ve worked so hard to achieve!
:) I used to eat a lot of calorie heavy convenience foods. Now I do a lot more cooking at home and I’m getting to be really good at it and love trying out new recipes!

Yeah I used to deadlift 200 lbs and box and spar. Now I'm just wanting to not be out of breath when I workout. I'm pushing close to 50, but I would like to do some of what I used to.
