Clicks

Somebody on my page said the word "clicky" and it reminded me of something.....
When I'm doing my Zumba, there are certain moves especially when we are moving out arms up and down like fully extended up and down where my shoulders will click.
It's not like a pull, or a strain or anything just a click. For a split second it somewhat bothers me but I can't say it "hurts" persay.
After Zumba it's like a dull pain that lasts for a little bit but then again nothing that bothers me too bad.
Anybody else have anything like this? What is it? I'll eventually mention it at my next doctor appointment but for now, just wondered.

Possibly, its your joints and Conective tissues moving out of place. This is somewhat common for beginners. It should go away as you get stronger. Also, this is where eating excersize cals is important. You will need the extra feul in order for these tissues to grow and strengthen.0
