Motivate each other?

Hi,
My name is Lulu and these past few years have been really rough on me. I was doing really well in the summer of 2018 then my sister passed away and I went into a really dark phase of my life and completely stopped taking care of myself. I was 140 lbs and now I'm 210 lbs. 😭 I really want to get into shape and eventually get down to 110 lbs.

I know a lot of people out there are struggling. I want to start a community of people who want to help motivate each other and help each other stay on track.

We could do fitness challenges or something to keep us all engaged.

I'm in DIRE NEED of a work out buddy.

    Try going to groups and look for Fat to fitness challenge or declare your own challenge they are both good. Good luck

    Hey Lulu, I get it. If you'd like, I'll gladly share the experience with you. I've got some good food at the house (good for me lol) and started a three day strength training regimen. Currently set at 1800 calories/day and would gladly share the journey. Msg me if you're interested 🙂
