Does coffee (caffeine) have calories?
Such as, Nescafe coffee, or any other coffee without milk or sugar.

    Coffee has calories, but they're not from the caffeine. It's not very many calories at all, so some people choose not to log it (think 5-15 calories, depending on the size of your cup).

    Yes, but not many (5-15, like jane said above). I never logged it.

    A plain cup of brewed coffee has fewer than 5 calories. A cup of instant coffee has somewhere between 3 and 4 calories. Many labels will say zero calories for these items because laws allow manufacturers (at least in the US) to round anything under five calories per serving to zero.

    I don't log black coffee. I do log the half and half I put in it.
