No weight change

I have been dieting for 3 weeks now. The first week I dropped 13 lbs to 219 and felt really excited. I’ve been adding extra activity to my weeks and eating nutritiously (bad foods in moderation). I’m a nursing mom so carbs are an important part of my diet to keep my supply, but I still try to eat no more than around 100-120. Because I nurse I have been told I need an additional 500 calories per day. So I normally max my calories for a single day at around 1700 and I won’t allow myself below 1200. I try to alternate and give myself a few days a week higher on the caloric intake and lower on other days.
Second week weigh in brought a 2 lb gain? Now this week I am back to 219.
When and how should I start making adjustments to calories? Ride it out?

What Kriss said. Weight loss isn't linear, and water fluctuations make a big difference, you need to look at the trend over time.
Also, you don't actually need to go low-carb if you haven't been advised to by a medical professional, for most people, macronutrient ratios are more about what feels most satisfying/satiating and do-able for you and are a very individual thing.6 -

Give it 4 to 6 weeks. Perhaps longer as you don't want to do something drastic to damage your supply.
Having 1200 days could be harmful for breastfeeding. If your current level of milk production uses 500 daily, then 1700 should be your minimum. If MFP gave you a 1200 goal, you may be better off to adjust your goal to 1 or 1.5 pounds per week. And then still boost for breastfeeding.7
