it is a work out dvd by Jillian Michaels. It is 20 minutes a day, for 30 days straight. It is amazing. very hard, but you will lose inches very quickly! It is a $10 DVD. I highly recommend it!0

I just started it yesterday. So on Level 1, day 1, and yes... she kicks your butt!! But I can tell it's really going to do wonders for my body. I love it and am proud of myself for committing to it. Because I don't start something if I don't plan on finishing it... hence the reason I need to lose so much weight hahahahaha0
