I'm sure this is a stupid question and/or has been answered....

If my Fitbit Versa is sending the information to MFP.. Do I still log the walks I've been taking or the 50 minutes I spent at Orange Theory in MFP or is that already accounted for so I'm essentially double dipping?

If you did want to log these- make sure you have negative calories enabled. That way mfp will add calories for the workouts, and the Fitbit will adjust. But it’s more simple to just let Fitbit do all the calculations.

no need as far as letting MFP know about calorie burns - if you want friends list to see you did something just make wall post about it.

Now do you actually have accounts linked?
Meal totals show up in Fitbit?

Or really just told MFP app to use Fitbit as step source and that's all it gets - steps?
This is giving MFP trust with it's very rough calorie burn estimate, instead of relying on Fitbit providing a daily burn.

    Just FYI if linked.
Fitbit is replace-only system - anything that comes in replaces what is already there. No doubling unless you totally screw up am & pm time.
You could be replacing more accurate info though.

If not linked and only steps on MFP being used.
MFP deletes extra calories from steps if you log a workout. It doesn't know how many of the steps were for that specifically, so it removes a big chunk.
