HI, I am planning on having boneless pork loin chops for dinner tonight. they were purchased from Wegmans Grocery store. There is no nutritional info on the package. I tried searching it in the MFP database and come up with many variations. example one entry says 4oz is 180 cal while another says 4oz is 220 cal. how do i know what is correct? I tried searching the internet for a store product name and no luck. I'm not so worried about the calorie count as I am the sodium and cholesterol and protein totals. Any help or advice is appreciated

I think you already have a thread on this -- if you'd rather have it in this area, you can request to have your original thread deleted.2

Unfortunately, the green check marks in the MFP database are used for both user-created entries and admin-created entries that MFP pulled from the USDA database. To find admin entries for whole foods, I get the syntax from the USDA database and paste that into MFP.
The USDA changed the platform for their database in 2019 and it is unfortunately a little more difficult to use. I uncheck everything but SR Legacy - that seems to be what MFP used to pull in entries.
I'd use "Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean only, cooked, broiled" and the weight of the cooked chop or put "pork loin chops cooked" into the USDA database and pick the cooking method you will use.
If you don't have a scale you can use a raw entry and divide the serving size from the weight of the package.1 -

Did you get your previous one deleted? I was trying to find it today.0 -
Boneless center cut pork loin chops from Trader Joe's package says 190 calories for 4 oz raw weight. I don't know if that helps or makes it more confusing.0
