Anyone knows how many calories in one of these in a Mexican restaurant in Colorado

    Either find a similar restaurant online that offers nutrition information (assuming the restaurant you went to does not) or find a recipe online that looks similar and add up the calories in the ingredients (then add 100-400 calories to the total just because restaurants tend to be much more caloric than home cooking.

    Try looking at On The Border website for similar food item. They have nutrition info online.

    Thank you for the suggestion I wasn’t sure of a restaurant I could look at
