Everyone has been talkin about 30day shred so i bought and today was my first workout and she kicked my butt Jumping jacks for a big girl is mean lol i loved it i was wanting to quit but i didnt i did take a five second break here and there but i did finish it Heres to thirty days lets bring on the burn Who else has done this and if u can show me ur results or tell me lol i am still tired i cant even type lol :sad:

I'm on day 11 - it gets easier but I know what you mean. First few days I had to pause the DVD for a lie on the floor and a little sob. Now I can do level one without stopping. Keep at it!!!!0

yeah i hate jumping jacks LOL , need to wear 2 sports bras when i know the work out will include them.
and that ws the only part of that workout that gave me any trouble , thought it was hard.............................then i met ShaunT0 -
I'm on day 3. I thought I was gonna die with the jumping jacks and such. I still feel like I can't quite extend my arms all the way straight. I think I hate and love Jillian Michaels at the same time ;-)0

No kidding. I actually skipped the third day because I thought I might die which made the fourth day even worse. But man, once I did it on that fourth day - sooo much better. I am still tired now after I do it but I am no longer so sore that I can't function!0 -
Congratulations! I'm currently in my third week of the 30 DS. Be warned that you will feel it tomorrow! Make sure you keep it up even if you find yourself having to stop more during the workout on Day 2 and 3 (I know I did!). On Day 5, I was able to do the workout without stopping (following Anita's moves). I have not dropped as many pounds as I thought I would, but WHAT A VISIBLE DIFFERENCE in my midsection! I am so happy! Stay dedicated to stick with it, no matter how hard some of the workouts seem -- it DOES get easier as you get stronger. As a matter of fact, this morning I did both Level 1 and Level 2 back to back. Good Luck!0

I am on day 17 and it still kicks my butt!!! But I can finally do it without having to take a 5 second breather!! I have lost 2 lbs but I can tell a difference in my body/clothes so I think I am building muscle or something.. I would suggest measuring yourself though to see real results. I should have measured myself but didnt think about. Good luck to you- dont give up!!!!0

Make sure you keep it up even if you find yourself having to stop more during the workout on Day 2 and 3 (I know I did!). On Day 5, I was able to do the workout without stopping (following Anita's moves). I have not dropped as many pounds as I thought I would, but WHAT A VISIBLE DIFFERENCE in my midsection! I am so happy! Stay dedicated to stick with it, no matter how hard some of the workouts seem -- it DOES get easier as you get stronger. As a matter of fact, this morning I did both Level 1 and Level 2 back to back. Good Luck!
Amen! Just stick with it it does get easier and your endurance certainly improves. I've been on level 3 for more than 10 days, but I have taken days off during those 10 days. today was actually day 6 of level 3 for me. I'm such a glutton for punishment I've even started her 6 week sixpack routine. Granted I only do the first segment of level one in the mornings before work, but hey, I'm getting it in! Through pilates into the mix and really feel the burn!
