I got so soaked on my way to work, and I mean, people, if you have umbrellas and I don't, can we avoid a) shaking them off ONTO me, and b) whacking me in the face with them, and c) commenting on my umbrella-less state or saying things like, "Wet enough for you?" because at 6 am waiting for the Metro in my workout clothes in the dark in the pouring rain before I've had my coffee? NOT at my best (and I only don't have an umbrella because The Boy (boyfriend) took all of mine, even if they were pink and purple polka-dotted, and broke each one within a day, so it isn't worth my even buying umbrellas anymore).
AND because I just colored my hair Friday and only washed it twice, there was orange/red hair dye running down my face and dripping onto my shirt and there was NOTHING I could do about it.
And when I got into work, everyone was all, "Wet enough for you?"
My day is great, how's yours?0 -

You win and that makes me want to kick someone in the face and or the junk for you! Next time kick them when they do any of the above!0 -
At least I still worked out, and the cold wetness of my clothing was cooling in the not yet air conditioned gym. And I took a shower so now you wouldn't be able to tell. But STILL.0

Well, at least when you are restrained, they are supposed to check on you every 15 minutes. offer you food/drink and go to the bathroom. I like to think of it as a spa day.0

oh my goodness, sucked to be you!!! this made me laugh... :flowerforyou:0 -
Is it mean if I laughed at your story. I *IS* funny, you know. But I guess having to go through it probably sucked. The dye running down your face killed me. Good stuff. I hope your day gets better. Judging from your writing style, I'm gonna guess you will be laughing at this soon enough.
