What is the best method for breaking a weight loss plateau, and has worked for you?

I am extremely near to a weight loss plateau, as I have been hovering at the same weight for the past 2 weeks. In between, I did have 2 cheat days, but that had to be a total caloric surplus of 1500 calories, and I made up for it by eating a bit lower for the next 3 days, but to no avail. Does anyone know good tricks to break a weight loss plateau that has actually worked for you? Will be grateful 💖❤🤞

Patience, 2 weeks is not a plateau, especially for a young woman as hormones can affect your weight. Trust the process and wait at least 4 weeks.8

- Patience if you think "you are doing everything right" in terms of your calorie balance.
- Recheck you are actually doing everything right.
Two weeks for a young woman is not a plateau so recommend option 1 for at least a full cycle.4
