Hello everyone. I just joined. I got this web address from my employer. We have a contest going on called "Slim it and Win it" . I am trying to get back to 140. In Jan. I weighed 200. I have been walking since then and have lost 25 pounds. But I have not lost anything in the last 2 or 3 months. I am hoping this site will help me lose the last of my weight to get to 140.

I started a couple weeks ago, but then went on vacation and lost some of my focus. So I am back on track as of today with no more excuses.

I started 15 days ago and I don't know if I lost weight but I definitely feel lighter already, my jeans are not tight.
