Hi guys, I need help trying to figure out how many calories in my lunch since I entered 3 home made chicken enchiladas and it gave me 800 calories and I dont think it right!! help! here is how i make them:
3 fried corn tortillas diped in green sauce (boiled jalapeños, tomato, water, garlic, onion, all blended)
then rolled with cooked and shedred chicken inside then sprinkled with low fat mozzarella cheese. I don't think it adds up to 800 calories since they are small but i could be wrong. Any help is appreciated before i eat them!

Thank you

You may want to try a recipe analyzer like this one:

Try using the recipe analyzer on this site. you put in your ingredients and it will give you a nutrition "label."

Check out this site to do the calculations for you:

Depending on the type of chicken (leg, thigh, breast), the size of the tortillas, and the amount of cheese, 800 calories could be right, but you might have to use the link above or log it in pieces to find out.

Opt for lean chicken (e.g. breast meat) and flour tortillas next time, and you will probably save yourself a few calories.

Also, don't fry them in oil. A lot of the calories come from the fried part of the equation. You can use non-stick cooking spray to get the same effect instead of oil. Hope this helps!
