Hello All:
I am new to MFP. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. Now at 66 yrs. old I have decided to lose around 50 lbs. and start exercising. Any tips on how to get started with diet and exercise?

So I'm new to the social side of things here. But I would say to start of small. Build the habit of track exercise or your diet first. Once you get into a routine on either one. Then add in the other one. Each time you get into a routine you can add another item. Such as working on sleep, or using showers to aid with health. Quick Google search will say it takes most people 14 days to form a habit. My rule is one month.0

I am also 66 years old and need to lose at least 25 pounds. I need accountability with a buddy/ group. Suggestions as to what is working for others is greatly appreciated.0
