Good morning ! Giving this app a second chance. I’ve had it in the past and deleted it but now that I’m a little more serious about tracking my meals, I thought I’d try it again. !! Any great tips would be appreciated 👏🏻

For many a food scale and logging everything that you eat is really helpful in knowing a more accurate calorie count.

Agree with keeping track of calories. Also set a goal that challenges you but doesn't leave you feeling like it is not achievable. From there it's time to put in the work. In the kitchen and in your chosen daily cup of fitness. Know that there will be bumps along the road and don't kick yourself when you hit them. We are all human.

Defo! If you don't have any food scales, I would recommend investing. Previously I was estimating and once I got the scales I realised I was WAY OFF0
