Advice needed

can anyone explain to me what is going on?
I'm in the gym everyday and eating roughly under my calorie allowance by 150 each day, but I haven't lost any weight in a couple of weeks!!! My weight usually fluctuates by + - 3lbs at my time of the month, but it isn't that time at the moment. Can anyone suggest what's going on and if these is anything I can do to change this?
I've lost 34lbs so far and could lose at least another 14lbs.

    Perhaps if we could see your diary we might be able to give you an idea on tweaking. How much exercise are you doing? You may be on a plateau and need to shake things up. Your body will adjust to a set amount of calories so you need to change things up every once in a while. Give us a little more information about what you're currently doing.

    Are you pushing your body at the gym? The goal should be to always feel a little sore the day after you go to the gym, this way you are pushing your body to constantly improve. The more your muscles grow and get used to working, the less effort they have to exert to perform the same task.
