If you get chinese, have garlic broccoli (it's like beef and broccoli without the beef) on some steamed rice. The kidlets can eat whatever they want.0

Or pizza, thin whole grain crust with all the veggies you want, lean chicken, and light on the cheese. Delicious!0

It sounds like you do really well with not eating out for two weeks! If that is the case and you really only do order take out once every two weeks, I say enjoy yourself, sounds like you deserve it! If your still concerned just watch your portions and get what you love!0

That sounds delicious -- is there a popular chain that has that specific pizza?
If you go the Chinese route ask them if they can make it without all the msg/sodium. My local place will do that and it's awesome.0 -

I love the salads from Zaxby's...get no fried onions or toast and you have a healty meal...and since you are only eating out every two week, you can probably have the bread and still be fine :bigsmile:0

If nothing else, there is always Subway0

Nearly every place you go, salad is an option - get the kids what they like and get yourself a salad. It's hard to say not knowing what your kids would prefer. My kids love, love pizza! When we take them out for pizza, I will eat one slice of whatever they choose and have a side salad. If you go someplace like McDonalds (sure hope that's not the case), then get the classic grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard dressing. The choices are nearly endless at Subway. For chinese - chicken and broccoli - no rice, no noodles. For mexican - chicken fajitas - skillet with meat and veggies only. That is one of my favorites!0

The Pizza sounds great! Just get some extra sauce - it tends to dry out when there is only a little cheese (Trust me...I work at a Pizza place on the weekends)0

When we order chinese, I usually get stir-fried chicken and veggies + steamed rice.0

Go to Chipotle. Depending on what you add, the calories can be a little high, but everything is fresh and nothing is processed.0
