Take 1 pack of no added sugar pint jelly, any flavour you like. Make it up with 1/4 pint of boiling water, then add ice cubes and fill up to 1/2 pint with cold water. This is to try to get back to at least room temperature.

Add 250g of Quark (this is a low fat curd cheese). Whisk in until smooth and milky.

Pour into 4 individual bowls and put in the fridge to set.

I put a small amount of mini marshmallows in the bowls before pouring the jelly in. You could probably use chocolate chips, or possibly even fruit ( don't know if it would make the quark curdle....)

My version with the marshmallows came to 66 cals a bowl. It should be on the database as "Creamy jelly/jello"

I've never heard of Quark~? Do you live outside the US?

Yes i'm in the UK. I figure there must be something out there like it though. It reminds me of greek yoghurt, only strained to the point of it being very solid.

Or perhaps compressed and strained cottage cheese...

I did a little research on Quark and it doesn't seem to be readily available in the US. I didn't see a known alternative, either, although I'm betting ricotta might be a good substitute as well as strained cottage cheese.
