63 lbs and counting

Down 63 lbs with 8 more until my original weight loss goal is met. More people have commented on my weight loss in the past few weeks than in the entire 1.5 years it took to get here. I did take a bit of a hiatus over quarantine, but once my CrossFit classes resumed I started back up.

For the first 50 lbs, I ate around 1500-1700 calories a day and aimed to burn about 350 per day. For the last 13 Lbs I had to restrict calories a bit more to get here. I’m currently eating around 1300-1400 a day but still burning the same.

I dropped from a size 16 to a size 10. Exercise was CrossFit 3x a week, running/walking uphill the other 4 days. My new goal is to lose 3 inches on my waist and drop to a size 8. Hopefully by October!v3qs3c0gmj50.jpeg
