Tofu "miracle noodles" in air fryer?

Has anyone tried this? Was thinking about buying a pack to tryout but wondering if anyone already has tried it and how they turn out. Do they get crispy?

Was hoping they would get crispy like fried noodles but only be 40 calories, LOL.

I'll definitely be watching this thread. I love tofu shirataki noodles. The ones I buy are just 20 calories for the whole bag. Miracle indeed.

Sounds like you may be the guinea pig here, so to speak! I'm curious, too...please report back if you do try it because now you have me curious too!

As an aside, though, I'm betting you probably have to dry them really well in paper towels or something beforehand for awhile...that could give even better results!

Reporting back.
They aren’t that great. I did 10 min at 400 but I did in small batches. If I did more I had to take out and turn then put in for another 10.

The texture is a bit crunchy but too chewy. Maybe if I soaked them in marinade first they would be better. Since they have no taste in their own, I added spices.

Nothing great. But if I try again I will let them soak in marinade first and then toss them in hot sauce or soy sauce before I fry them.
