my size uk 10s (or us 6) are now quite loose around the waist/hips! im the same weight as i was in april when i started maintaining but they fit quite snugly then. now they are loose! so a bit strange but it could be that im a lot leaner now! the horrible bumps i had on my thighs are now gone! very pleased!

Awesome! Do you have any advice for those of us who want to get leaner? I'm at a good weight now (I'm 5'7 and 126 lbs), and I don't want to look super skinny. I would love to decrease my body fat percentage though, increase muscle mass, and get rid of my thigh lumpy bumpies. What worked for you?0
