what would i log things like crunches and sit ups and lunges under???

i tried to under strength training but i honestly cant make heads or tails of that...

    you're probably not burning too many calories just doing a handful of exercises. but, the best way to find out is to get a heart rate monitor and it will tell you how many calories you're burning.

    im not looking to track calories. just trying to keep an accurate log.

    I treat my abs as an HIIT workout so I log it under cardio. But since you just want accurate, then strength training would probably be most accurate. You can also make you own workout. Like my for mine, it is called "HIIT Ab Circuit - HRM".
