Starting over again after major injury

Back story:
I had an accident 5/22/2020. I dislocated my right ankle, had a trimalleolar fracture, broke my fibula and messed up my syndesmosis. I have been completely non weight bearing until 8/20/2020. My doctor released me to begin weight bearing and start physical therapy.
Now:
I have been focused on recovery and getting back on my feet. I have lost 20 pounds since the accident without trying. I want to continue losing weight but I’m unsure if I need to be at sedentary or lightly active. I don’t want to deprive my body of nutrients either. I don’t know if because of my body healing and doing physical therapy if I need more nutrients or using the sedentary setting would be ok.

Well, it sounds like you've been losing about 1.5lbs a week doing what you're doing. So if I were you I'd probably set it to sedentary at 1 or 1.5lbs desired weight loss per week and see how that goes. Then you can log whatever exercises you're doing and eat them back.0
