When I do a "program" type exercise. I just add it to my database.

I go to exercise and put in what I want....it obviously doesn't come up. But you will get the option to "add exercise" a little further down. There I add what I want....say P90X Days 1-30. From there, I add what my HRM says I burned.

If you don't have a HRM...get one. Totally worth the investment!

You can use this if you know your average heart rate. Someone on the web said they compared it with the HRM and this site was pretty much bang on.

I have my exercise burn at:

    Kenpo Cardio - 349 cal
    Interval X - 434 cal
    Cardio X - 375
Ab Ripper - 50 (do this after one of these workouts and you'll be sweatin' bullets)

I surfed the web and took average calorie burns from different sources. Since I'm smaller, I put my calorie burn alot lower. I've read you can burn anywhere from 600 - 1000 calories with P90X, but personally, I think that's too high of a burn for any workout.

    Good luck.
