    I don't go to a gym, but some good rhythmic upbeat stuff like Sofi Tukker and Metric - electronica aspect mixed with instrumental. Not the stuff I listen to when trying to relax.

    Right now (still from last year) its Playa Grande (Sofi Tukker + Bomba Estéreo) and Die Happy (Metric)

    It's kinda embarrassing but basically any late 2000's early 2010's dance/pop music. Ha, I can turn that *kitten* on and get a cardio workout while doing the dishes. Particular favourites include: Low , Tik Tok, Barba Streisan, Crabbuckit, Starstrukk.

    This happened to me so it's my song. I didn't get drunk and drive my truck. I was asked to dance by a cowboy. His wife was hiding in the wings. She came out onto the dance floor and suxer punched me in the chest and I dropped to me knees. Then she grabbed my hair and tried to swing me around. It happened so fast. Ayup.

    It’s always a Metallica song! Never fails. I’m on the edge of dying on a hot run and fade to black comes on and instantly I have renewed energy and my pace suddenly picks up! Like where the heck did THAT energy come from? I was almost going to call someone to pick me up and drive me home! Music is magic!
