    Your goal is to try and lose a little over 20 lbs a month. That is extremely unhealthy weight loss. If you only need to lose 60 ish pounds, healthy weight loss would be 1.5 lbs a week. When you get to 40 lbs to lose then drop to 1 lb a week. When you get to 20 lbs to lose then drop to .5 lbs a week.
